Dinh Vu Polyester Pplant Project is located in Haiphong City in the north of Vietnam, covering an area of about 12 hectares. Below the surface was 24-30m thick mucky soil, which was treated by Low-level High Vacuum Layered Preloading and Compaction Method. After preloading for 4-5 months, the consolidation degree of mucky soil reached more than 90%, meeting the requirements of bearing capacity and post construction settlement of the project.
